Full Event Planning & Design

This package is designed to guide the host/couple through the entire planning process  from the beginning; locate, design, organize and manage every detail.

  • In-person consultation w/$2500 non-refundable deposit to book the event (applied to total) 
  • Conceptualize and design theme/color scheme for event
  • Assist/advise with vendor selections & contract negotiations:

              - Florist, Rentals, Invitations, Photographer, Cake, Entertainment, Catering, etc.      

  • Attend up to 10 in-person vendor meetings/planning sessions or w/client as required for design elements & details​:

                - Design with floor plan, decor, set-up / rental selections / cake design /

​                   invitations / florist / etc.       

  • Unlimited phone & email support
  • Venue walk-through/over the phone confirmation with coordinator, final details meeting/discussion, event day vendor timeline
  • Confirm with all vendors 1 week prior to event
  • Day of Coordination: Manage on site production during set-up (up to 8 hrs.)
